Role Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator to join our Missouri Regional Office Team in Jefferson City, Missouri.

• Provides coordination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services for statewide contract.
• Oversees referral process and coordinates telehealth services in conjunction with telehealth coordinator and site healthcare staff.
• Ensures appropriate laboratory tests are ordered in a timely fashion.
• Provides guidance to site nursing staff.
• Provides regular reports to the appropriate Assistant Division Directors for Missouri Department of Corrections and Centurion statewide leadership.
• Serves as a statewide subject matter expert for the delivery of MAT services.
• While primarily a remote position, some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program of Nursing, Human Services, Social Services, or Criminal Justice program, preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience.
• Experience with MAT services.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Experience working with a correctional institution or agency preferred.
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
• Must submit to and pass drug testing per agency requirements where applicable.
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation.
• Must be appropriately certified in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
