Role Description

The Medicare Domain SME will play a leadership role in managing and coordinating the members of the BIA team. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating team members
• Undertaking project management duties
• Leading work streams
• Participating in RFP responses
• Developing change request proposals
• Providing product demonstrations
• Performing user acceptance testing

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be self-reliant, and generate confidence to take increasing levels of personal responsibility in delivering solutions directly to the client.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business/accounting/finance or equivalent experience
• Thorough experience of Medicare Advantage health plan operations
• 10+ years' experience with customer relations activities
• 10+ years' experience documenting requirements gathering sessions
• 10+ years' experience developing test criteria and executing the test process
• Hands-on experience writing basic SQL queries
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
