[Hiring] Medicare Billing Supervisor @BHS

Role Description

Baptist Health is looking for a Medicare Billing Supervisor to join our Team. This is a remote position that requires residence in KY or IN.

• Assists with maintaining supervision and leadership on the floor within the department.
• Assists with performing employee audits, training, and counseling employees on attendance and productivity goals.
• Handles phone calls, emails, and attends meetings in the absence of the department manager.
• If required, able to work more than 40 hours a week to assist the manager with special projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 5 years experience in a patient accounting office or medical office setting with 2 years as a team lead/supervisor experience in lieu of degree.
• Relevant computer knowledge and typing ability required.
• One-year experience in hospital Medicare billing required.
• Experience with Medicare compliance, LMRP’s, and APC knowledge required.
• Understanding of UB92, revenue codes, CPT, and HCPC coding required.
