[Hiring] Medical Writing + Research Manager, RWE (Epidemiology) @Syneos Health

Role Description

A significant portion of this role is dedicated to medical writing, supporting the design and execution of Real World Evidence (RWE) studies. The individual will contribute to the development of study protocols across a range of methodologies, including:

• Global and regional healthcare claims database studies
• Multi-site observational studies
• Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) studies
• Systematic literature reviews

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor, clarity of research objectives, and high-quality, client-ready deliverables.

• Responsible for delivery of project outputs that are within budget and timelines and meet quality standards.
• With oversight, prepare draft study reports and external publications.
• Contribute to the development of materials for congress presentations and manuscripts.
• Primary sponsor contact for assigned projects.
• Participate in business development activities.
