Role Description

• Answer calls and assist patients
• Verify insurance & update patient information
• Manage referrals, faxes & medical records
• Explain insurance benefits
• Coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• Handle administrative & data-entry tasks
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Medical receptionist/VA experience preferred
• Excellent communication & phone etiquette
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• EHR/EMR experience is a plus
• Reliable computer & internet connection
• Willing to use Time Doctor & a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Requirements

• $5/hour – First 90 days
• $6/hour – After 90 days
• Biweekly Pay | Wise
