Role Description

As a Medical Virtual Assistant, you will provide remote administrative support to a healthcare practice. This includes:

• Assisting with patient coordination
• Managing records
• Scheduling appointments
• Supporting telehealth operations

Virtual medical assistants help clinics run efficiently by handling essential administrative tasks and patient communication remotely.

Start Part Time: 20 to 30 hrs/week

Pay: $7.00 to $9 / hour - depending on experience

Willing to work on EST Hours

Qualifications

• Fluent in Creole and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Healthcare VA, or Medical Office Staff
• Comfortable speaking with patients and handling video calls
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work US business hours
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Quiet workspace suitable for patient communication
