Role Description
This will play a pivotal role in planning, executing and optimising PROCEPT's Medical Education programmes, ensuring they deliver measurable educational and commercial impact.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and PROCEPT's growing network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Manage the end-to-end delivery of peer-to-peer education programmes.

Develop the analytics, reporting and insights needed to evaluate programme performance.

Maximise return on investment and identify future growth opportunities.

Provide strategic business intelligence through market analysis, HCP engagement tracking, utilisation reporting and KPI dashboards.

Shape the future of Medical Education within an innovative medical technology company.

Develop and drive the coordination and reporting of Field marketing activities including Patient Awareness Events and HYDROS Roadshows.

Develop tools and consistency in delivery and report out of the effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related discipline.

5+ years' experience in Medical Education, Events, Marketing, Commercial Operations or a related field.

Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and event management systems.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools is desirable.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering operational excellence.
