[Hiring] Medical Auditor @Medix

Role Description

Our client is seeking a Medical Auditor to evaluate AI models used in healthcare settings. The primary responsibilities include:

• Analyzing the accuracy of AI model outputs
• Creating grading rubrics
• Ensuring domain-specific compliance
• Independent execution of tasks using provided AI tools and resources

Qualifications

• Active or recent clinical license: RN, NP, PA, MD or DO, PharmD, or an allied health license with independent clinical judgment
• Exceptional grit, attention to detail, stamina for deep analytical work, and the ability to work independently
• Consistent availability to dedicate 10+ hours per week
• Must possess your own reliable laptop/computer with high-speed internet access

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree or PhD strongly preferred, or equivalent advanced practical domain experience
• Licensed clinician with depth in at least one setting or specialty such as acute care, emergency, critical care, or oncology
• Working understanding of adjacent settings for assessing workflows accurately
• Ability to read and write clinical documentation at a practitioner level, grounding decisions in current guidelines
