Role Description
As a Medical Affairs Coordinator at ICON, you will provide essential administrative support to our medical affairs department, facilitating the smooth execution of medical activities and initiatives.
You will contribute to medical affairs activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively. Key responsibilities include:

Assist in the coordination of medical affairs activities, including meetings, conferences, and educational events.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, records, and databases related to medical affairs projects and initiatives.

Support the preparation and dissemination of scientific materials, presentations, and publications.

Coordinate communication between internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information exchange.

Assist in the development and implementation of medical affairs processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or business administration.

Previous experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach to handling inquiries and requests.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with document management systems or databases is desirable.

Willingness to travel as required (approximately 9%).

Must be fluent in English and French and/or German.
