Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Affairs Clinician for the Heartland Region to join our Medical Affairs team reporting to the Director, Medical Affairs. This field-based individual is someone who will:

Increase awareness and education of Evolus products

Respond to unsolicited training requests

Develop professional relationships with thought leaders

Identify research and grant opportunities
-
Provide timely, accurate, unbiased, fair-and-balanced product information
-
Disseminate technical and scientific information to critical internal and external stakeholders
This is a field-based position for the heartland territory which includes St. Louis, Kansas City, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Nebraska, Iowa, and Memphis. Must live in territory and no relocation assistance provided.
Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact:

Disseminating scientific information and responding to clinical questions from health care professionals (HCPs)

Provide HCPs education on best clinical practices with education and training programs

Build relationships with thought leaders and locally influential providers

Maintain a high level of compliance with company standard operating procedures, training records, and administrative documentation
-
Develop peer-level relationships with medical and scientific experts
-
Interpret and effectively communicate relevant medical and scientific literature
-
Present complex medical and scientific ideas fluently to internal and external audiences
-
Identify and oversee investigator-initiated research and educational grant requests
-
Attend conventions, symposiums, congresses, and advisory board programs to provide medical and scientific support
-
Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams by providing medical and scientific expertise
-
Support and facilitate medical communications and act as the main point of contact for HCPs requesting data
-
Facilitate the recruitment and evaluation of appropriate investigators for post-marketing investigations
-
Assist with the development and review of scientific marketing presentation materials
-
Contribute to the development of databases of medical and scientific information regarding products and similar/competing products
Qualifications

Aesthetic injector (RN, NP, PA degree required)
-
Minimum 3+ years of clinical aesthetic experience
-
Superior injection skills and solid grasp of facial anatomy
-
Experience working with dermatologists and/or plastic surgeons
-
Strong problem solving and communication skills
-
Results driven individual who is able to work independently

Excellent decision making and leadership capabilities
-
Adapts to change quickly and calmly
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Expected pay range: $156,000 to $170,000
