Role Description
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail-oriented and self-directed individual to support provider Medicare, Medicaid and Payor provider enrollment. This role works closely with internal teams and external payers to ensure accurate enrollment, compliance with regulations, and timely contract support.

Coordinate provider and facility enrollment, credentialing, and contracting processes with government and commercial payers

Collect, maintain, and manage required documentation while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met

Monitor payer policies, scorecards, and payment trends, and report findings to the Managed Care team

Partner with Contract Specialists, Credentialing, Recruitment, providers, and internal teams to support new and existing contracts

Maintain accurate electronic records, prepare reports, and communicate issues, progress, and solutions to leadership
Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field

2 years of experience in managed care, business, healthcare, or a related field required

1 year of experience in a managed care environment preferred

Strong accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and computer skills are essential!

CAH Medicare, Medicaid and payor provider enrollment experience is a plus!

1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly), Full-time

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Remote eligible role (must reside in WI, IA, or MN)
