Role Description

The LPN, RX Clinical Program Professional 1 integrates programs developed to improve overall health outcomes with a focus on prescription drugs. You will work on assignments that are often straightforward and of moderate complexity. Your work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures, regulations, and professional standards with some interpretation.

• Oversee medication therapy, strategy on comprehensive medication reviews, and prescription drug optimization in cases where patients are taking multiple medications.
• Promote health awareness with patients through Rx Education and targeted quarterly campaigns.
• Place outbound calls to confirm patients are taking drugs and provide counseling.
• Understand own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards.
• Make decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follow direction.

Qualifications

• An active, unrestricted LPN license.
• One (1) or more years' experience working as an LPN.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for accurate documentation, data management, and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and encourage collaborative problem-solving across and within teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team success.

Requirements

• Mail Order Pharmacy experience.
• One (1) year or more years of experience working as an LPN in a specialty pharmacy setting.
• LPN Compact license.
