Role Description

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCSW)

• Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline.
• Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals.
• When not treating patients, assist with developing our behavioral health practice, including protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients.
• Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows.
• Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter.
• Review and interpret any patient assessments used in the practice.
• Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings.

This position is 100% virtual. We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule, including availability for two evenings (5:00 PM-8:00 PM) or one weekend day. This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
• Active LPC or LCSW License in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
• Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
• Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT-Autism, CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
