Position Details:

• Position: Remote Licensed Pharmacy Technician
• Pay: $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Process pharmacy-related requests and provide front-end support.
• Communicate with patients, providers, and healthcare partners by phone.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and patient support.
• Research and resolve issues while appropriately handling escalations.
• Answer questions regarding prescriptions, refills, and pharmacy services.
• Accurately enter and update patient and medication information within pharmacy systems.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy or healthcare experience.
• Strong computer, data entry, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted).
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.

Requirements

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT preferred).
