Role Description

We are looking for a Licensed Medical Professional (LMP) to join our Outpatient Services Program in Medford, Oregon; or to work remotely from within Oregon. The LMP will:

• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to culturally diverse individuals as scheduled.
• Have primary responsibility for medication evaluation/management.
• Promote a trauma informed, strengths-based, client-centered approach to assist clients in achieving their individual goals.
• Work cooperatively with Outpatient Services providers and personnel to carry out clinically indicated outpatient therapy services, maintaining continuity of care for members within our community.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full Time (40 hours per week)

What You’ll Make: Starting at $11,250+ per month DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have one (1) of the following current medical or nursing licenses & corresponding certifications:
• Psychiatrist license issued by the Oregon medical board and board certification ABPN
• Physician’s Associate (PA) license issued by the Oregon medical board and board certification from NCCPA
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license issued by Oregon State Board of Nursing and certification from ANCC is a plus
• A current DEA certification.
• Previous experience providing acute psychiatric care or outpatient community mental health treatment is required.
• Must have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
