Role Description
We are currently recruiting for two experienced Lead Therapists (Clinical or Counselling Psychologists, HCPC registered) to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity.
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) with a salary of up to £65,000 per annum plus fantastic benefits. The role involves:

3 days working with clients and 2 days doing MHST duties (no clinical diary).

Providing 1-2-1 clinical practice to clients across a range of increasingly complex mental health conditions.

Working directly with corporate clients to support mental health awareness and referrals for their employees.

Being a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns.

Providing a high-quality, effective, and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.
The duties & responsibilities of the role will involve the following:

Providing high-quality therapeutic care, demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes.

Delivering comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention.

Ensuring a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.

Providing different models of service delivery including telephone or video consultation, depending on client preference.

Adhering to Bupa’s case management processes and working collaboratively with the Clinical Leads and wider therapy team.

Adhering to sessional limits based on the client’s monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance.

Providing signposting or onwards referral as required.

Providing ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching as needed.

Providing one-off assessments and referral recommendations when required.

Working at a client level to provide group psychoeducation and raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing.

Working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of Bupa’s service policies and procedures.

Attending regular clinical supervision and monthly team meetings to support clinical practice.

Working with the operational and clinical team to identify ways to improve client and employee experiences.
Qualifications

Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society.

Health and Care Professions Council registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.

Extensive leadership experience managing clinicians within a Mental Health setting.

Adult experience as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist is necessary.

Additional Children’s Clinical Psychologist experience is desirable.

At least 1 year’s post-qualification clinical experience.
