[Hiring] Junior Mental Health Professional @ifeel

Role Description

Starting your career? Begin your journey with us! We are looking for a Junior Mental Health Professional to join our Triage team.

• Assess our patients in initial chat interviews once they join our platform.
• Assign the most adequate prevention/intervention service for patients according to their needs.
• Identify and clarify patients' psychological demands.
• Support the Operations department with other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Clinical Psychology.
• License to practice psychology in their country.
• Minimum six months of experience in psychological care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian, Spanish, and English; other languages are a plus.
• B2 - C1 Spanish proficiency (to be assessed in an interview).
• Good command of technologies.
• Creative person with strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 09h to 17h (CET time) (fixed schedule).
