Role Description

This is a remote position.

• Hiring Full Time Remote BCBA
• Location: New York
• Pay range: $70K to $110K (Depending on the caseload and experience)
• Full Time & 100% Remote
• Schedule/Shift: Full time hours with flexibility
• 5 to 8 caseload (Salary depends on the caseload)
• Immediate need / quick onboarding
• This is a W2 position
• We use Central Reach for Data Collection

What You Will Do:

• Evaluate and work with a client to create functional behavior evaluations and create behavior plans.
• Work with the behavior technicians to ensure that all treatment plans and programs are carried out effectively.
• Conduct observations, design data collection instruments, summarize and analyze behavioral data.
• Provide ongoing training to staff concerning the appropriate use of crisis prevention, behavior management, and intervention techniques.
• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification
• NY LBA
• Medicaid Credentialed
