• Position: Medical Insurance Verification Specialist
• Pay: $17.00/hour + Benefits (Full-Time)
• Start Dates: October and November
• Work From Home: Company equipment provided and shipped directly to your home
• Schedule: Assigned 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST
• Must be available to work any assigned shift within operating hours
• Location: Open to U.S. residents only

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent medical insurance verification or benefits experience (required, no exceptions)
• Experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims processing, and HIPAA compliance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly
• Dedicated, secure, and distraction-free workspace
• High-speed internet with hardwired modem connection (hotspots are not permitted)

Requirements

• Call center experience (preferred but not required)
• Experience managing high-volume call environments (preferred but not required)
