Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Disability or Aged Care sectors
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with client management systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme

Requirements

• Facilitate the entire service delivery process for clients
• Manage carer rosters and support carer engagement to optimize availability
• Assist carers with access to and use of the electronic rostering system
• Respond to carer enquiries
• Serve as the first point of contact for client enquiries, incidents, complaints, and feedback
• Confirm and manage bookings with clients and service providers
• Maintain regular contact to support client satisfaction and wellbeing
• Provide progress reports to families, carers, and stakeholders
• Monitor client funding and advise on the effective use of available resources
• Follow up on client renewals, service holds, and re-engagement opportunities
• Receive and manage incoming calls and service requests
• Participate in the after-hours roster as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
