[Hiring] Healthcare Consulting Director – Case Management @Huron

Role Description

As the Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Enterprise - Case Management, you will:

• Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes.
• Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.
• Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments.
• Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Nursing degree (BSN) required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• 8+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience with excellent knowledge of case management principles
• Direct supervisory experience within Case Management
• Level of care experience with industry standard tools (InterQual®, Milliman Care Guidelines)
• The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is an essential function of this role. While travel requirements may vary based on business need, the current average travel in the Healthcare practice is less than 50%, annually
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• US Work Authorization required

Benefits

• The estimated base salary range for this job is $185,000 - $250,000.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $231,250 - $337,500.
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
