Role Description

Help people transform their health through expert nutrition coaching. We're seeking a passionate Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our team as a Health Coach Dietitian. In this role, you'll empower members to achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based behavior change strategies.

• Provide one-on-one virtual coaching focused on nutrition, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
• Develop personalized care plans and measurable wellness goals
• Motivate and support members in making sustainable behavior changes
• Document coaching sessions, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated care
• Stay current on nutrition science, coaching techniques, and best practices

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in health coaching, medical nutrition therapy, disease management, weight management medical nutritional therapy, and behavior change
• Strong motivational interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using telehealth and digital health platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technology tools

Requirements

• State dietitian licensure (where applicable), with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed (costs supported by CVS)
