Role Description
Help Build the Future of Proactive Healthcare. Sensorum is building an AI-powered sensor network that helps identify and de-escalate chronic disease exacerbations in the home before they result in avoidable hospitalizations. We partner with healthcare organizations to proactively identify patients at risk and intervene earlier, helping patients remain healthier at home while reducing avoidable utilization.
This is not a traditional clinical management role. You will serve as the operational leader for Sensorum's clinical programs, helping ensure clinical quality, workflow consistency, and scalable delivery as we grow. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and our physician leadership to build clinical systems that are both high-quality and operationally efficient.

What You'll Own

Clinical Operations & Leadership
-
Own the day-to-day clinical operations function and serve as the operational leader for Sensorum's clinical team.

Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop a high-performing clinical team.

Foster a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

Partner with Operations leadership on clinical staffing strategy as the company scales.

Clinical Quality, Training & Professional Development

Design and lead Sensorum's clinical onboarding and training program.

Develop ongoing education, coaching, and competency assessment programs.

Conduct QA reviews of clinical documentation, patient interactions, and escalations.

Establish performance standards and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Ensure clinical consistency across the organization through standardized training and coaching.

Clinical Program Development

Own the development and continuous refinement of Sensorum's clinical programs.

Translate emerging clinical evidence, customer needs, and operational learnings into improvements to our care model.

Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to improve clinical effectiveness.

Partner with physician leadership to evolve our clinical offerings over time.

Clinical Protocols & Decision Support

Develop, maintain, and continuously refine clinical protocols, workflows, and escalation pathways.

Partner with physician leadership to ensure protocols reflect current clinical best practices.

Help operationalize clinical guidelines into scalable workflows.

Support the development of clinical decision support and AI-enabled workflow tools.

Product & Workflow Innovation

Serve as the primary clinical partner to Product and Engineering.

Translate clinical requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Help shape future workflow automation, clinical tooling, and AI-enabled operational capabilities.

Ensure technology enhances both clinical quality and operational efficiency.

Customer & Clinical Partnership

Support enterprise customer implementations and clinical onboarding.

Participate in customer-facing clinical discussions and serve as a trusted clinical advisor.

Help customers understand Sensorum's clinical model and best practices.

Partner with Customer Success to ensure clinical programs are successfully adopted and continuously improved.
Qualifications
-
Clinical licensure as RN, NP, PA, or equivalent clinical professional.

7+ years of clinical and/or healthcare operations experience.
-
Experience building or scaling clinical programs.
-
Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams preferred.

Strong operational and process design instincts.

Comfortable working in ambiguity and building systems from scratch.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in high-growth healthcare technology environments preferred.
