Role Description

We're seeking a therapist who can connect with clients through their interests and passions. Our approach uses Affinity, Resonance, and Understanding to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and engaging interventions that support growth.

You'll have the flexibility to bring your personality, creativity, and clinical interests into your work while providing high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Active Alabama licensure or associate-level registration
• 2+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Familiarity with EHR systems, insurance services, and community resources

Requirements

• Preferred Licensure: LPC or ALC, LCSW or LMSW, LMFT or LMFT-A
• Therapists expected to achieve full licensure within six months are encouraged to apply
• Areas of Expertise We Value: Video games, anime, comics, literature, movies, or geek culture; Children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults; Couples and families; Trauma and PTSD; Substance use; School-based mental health; Community resources and insurance-based care
• Maintain 27+ sessions per week for full-time clinicians
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Coordinate care with families, providers, schools, and community supports
• Participate in meetings, supervision, consultation, and training
