Role Description

The PT Fully Licensed Clinician will provide comprehensive mental health services to clients, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to ethical standards. This role involves:

• Conducting thorough assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support Substance Use Disorder Treatment and mental and emotional well-being
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Facilitating client progress toward recovery and personal goals
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted clinical license in Georgia (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Master’s in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience providing clinical mental health services to diverse populations
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mental health assessment tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations in clinical practice

Requirements

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation software
• Previous experience in a part-time or flexible clinical role

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and appropriate treatment approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care
• Stay current with best practices, clinical guidelines, and continuing education requirements to enhance professional skills
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives to support clinical excellence
