[Hiring] Founding Clinical Coordinator @Stepful

Role Description

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT (R) certification eligibility. You'll be the Clinical Coordinator of record for the program, responsible for:

• Building the clinical education component from the ground up.
• Deciding which partner facilities are ready to take students.
• Ensuring that bedside experiences connect with classroom learning.
• Measuring success through clinical outcomes data and evaluations.

This role is remote with travel to partner sites in Texas required, and reports to our Imagine Programs Lead.

Qualifications

• Reliable access to a major airport and availability to travel to Texas.
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum two years' clinical experience in radiography.
• Minimum one year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• Working knowledge of the JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography and of ABHES clinical experience requirements (or willingness to learn).

Requirements

• Correlate clinical and didactic education.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network.
• Run clinical placement and scheduling.
• Enforce supervision and radiation safety in the clinical setting.
• Develop and support clinical preceptors.
• Track clinical competency and advise students.
• Support accreditation and assessment.
• Teach didactic and/or clinical instruction.
• Maintain professional currency.
• Travel to partner sites for various evaluations and visits.
