[Hiring] FOLX Clinician MD/DO @Join the FOLX Team!

Role Description

As part of the FOLX Clinical team, you will be providing evidence-based clinical care to our members (patients).

• Provide clinical care to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform.
• Focus on the needs of the LGBTQAI+ community, including:
  • Trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy
  • Sexual and reproductive health
  • Primary care
  • Mental health care
• Conduct clinical care both synchronously (audio/visual format) and asynchronously (lab reviewing, answering members’ questions, etc.).
• Prioritize clinical care while participating in case studies and clinical training sessions.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
• Multiple active state MD or DO licenses (IMLCC license preferred)
• Active DEA license
• Active Controlled Substance Registration/Licensure if required in your state(s) of practice
• Clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community
• Organizational and time management skills for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment
• Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms
