[Hiring] Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead @Shady Grove Fertility

Role Description

We have an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead to join our remote team at Shady Grove Fertility .

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with two weekends and two holidays per year
• Compensation: $100,000 + annually (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Fertility RN Coordinator - Team Lead will:

• Help to plan and organize Clinical Services responsibilities to increase staff efficiency and best utilize the staffs’ skills and abilities
• Help to set goals for Clinical Services staff and motivate staff to accomplish the goals
• Coordinate the effective delivery of patient services by monitoring patient flow and program operations
• Assist with the training and orientation of staff
• Administer performance appraisal evaluations for clinical staff
• Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to clinical operations
• Assist primary nurses with coverage as needed and monitor workloads
• Handle patient issues/complaints

Qualifications

• Fertility Experience is Required - 2 years minimum
• Valid RN License or willing to obtain upon hire
• BS in nursing, healthcare administration, education, or business management required
• Leadership/Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work well independently and demonstrate good judgment along with the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Knowledge of clinical procedures, program operations, computer software, and equipment
