Role Description

We are presently seeking Family Practitioners in our Medical Division.

Telehealth components of our opportunity include:

• Onsite or Offsite Telehealth Services
• Desktop Computer and UC-1 phone connectivity provided
• Virtual Supervision and Support provided
• Virtual Case Consultation available

The qualified candidate will provide comprehensive services in an ambulatory setting:

• Well patient care
• Diagnosis and treatment of acute illness
• Long-term management of chronic disease

Family practice patients will consist of the age group: newborn – geriatric.

Experience with NextGen EMR and bi-lingual Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience with NextGen EMR preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred but not required

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive services in an ambulatory setting
• Care for patients from newborn to geriatric
