Role Description

Lone Star Circle of Care is seeking a board-certified APRN who is passionate about working with the underserved population. The ideal candidate will:

• Provide care both in person and virtually.
• Work collaboratively with patients to determine the best course of treatment in an outpatient setting.
• Be mission-focused and passionate about improving access to quality primary healthcare.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation 3-4 times a year.

Qualifications

• Board-certified APRN.
• Two years of FNP experience.
• Proactive and thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Comfortable working independently in a group setting while seeking support and consultation from colleagues.
• Current valid license to practice in the State of Texas.
• Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers.
• Possess computer/technology skills for electronic health record documentation and telemedicine visits.
