[Hiring] Faculty Physician - Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist @WVU Medicine

Role Description

West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences seek a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, West Virginia and will also provide remote services.

• Practice in the areas of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible for state medical license.
• Completed an ACGME accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
• Completed a Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) fellowship program.
• Board certified/eligible in MFM by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.

• Care and counseling before pregnancy begins (preconception care) for women with increased medical, surgical, or genetic risks.
