Xillium Professional Services is a leading clinical support outsourcing company based in the Philippines, specializing in virtual medical assistant services for US healthcare providers. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in supporting clinics and healthcare professionals remotely, ensuring seamless patient care and operational efficiency.

Managing patient scheduling for appointments, surgeries, and procedures

Handling prescription refills and coordinating medications

Performing insurance verification and supporting medical billing processes

Maintaining and updating patient medical records
-
Supporting telehealth consultations and virtual care coordination

Facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff
-
Providing general administrative and operational support to assigned clinics or providers
Qualifications
-
BS Nursing or allied health graduate (registered or underboard)
-
Background working in a BPO healthcare account or clinical/hospital setting
-
US healthcare insurance verification experience
-
Prior HIPAA/PHI handling experience or HIPAA training
-
Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)

Based in NCR, Cebu, or Davao (Philippines)

Able to work a fixed night shift

Work-from-home setup with a laptop/PC, reliable internet connection, and headset
Requirements

Experience handling patient scheduling for healthcare providers (appointments, procedures, or surgeries)

Experience using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks (ECW), or Athenahealth

Experience handling patient communications across phone, email, SMS, patient portals, and telehealth platforms
