[Hiring] Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst @Applabsystems

Role Description

The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will be responsible for configuration, implementation, and production support of Epic Willow Ambulatory.

• Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification (Mandatory)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration, implementation, and production support.
• Strong experience in outpatient pharmacy workflows, including:
  • Medication ordering
  • Prescribing
  • Medication reconciliation
  • Refill management
  • Formulary management
  • Pharmacy verification
• Experience with Epic build, enhancements, upgrades, L2/L3 production support, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of Epic Hyperspace/Hyperdrive and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy workflows, medication safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, nursing teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Ambulatory, Orders, or MyChart integrations.
• Knowledge of ePrescribing standards and medication protocols.
• Experience supporting Epic go-lives, system optimization, or rollout projects.
• Additional Epic certifications (Ambulatory, Orders, Willow Inpatient).
• Experience in US healthcare environments.
