Superlanet is seeking an Epic ClinDoc Analyst for our healthcare client in Florida. This is a direct hire, remote opportunity; however, candidates must reside in Florida to be considered.

Support the build, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Clinical Documentation and related inpatient applications

Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodologies

Analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and provide timely and effective solutions

Collaborate with operational leaders, clinicians, and IT teams to support workflow optimization and system enhancements

Independently lead and coordinate small to medium-sized projects while managing timelines, quality, and deliverables

Support Epic upgrade cycles, project initiatives, and go-live activities

Develop test scripts, conduct testing, and support application validation efforts

Participate in an on-call rotation supporting inpatient clinical applications
Qualifications

Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation Certification

5+ years of Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation build, support, and implementation experience

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment
Requirements

Bachelorβs degree preferred; equivalent direct experience considered in lieu of degree

Epic Care Management Certification or familiarity with Case Management/Utilization Management workflows

Epic Security build and troubleshooting experience including SER, EMP, ECL, and LPR

Familiarity with Infusion Pump Integration

Clinical experience within an inpatient hospital setting including nursing, therapy, or case management backgrounds
Benefits

Salary based on experience: $90,000 - $118,000
