Role Description

Ready to bring your PT expertise into a digital care model built around access, education, and better outcomes? Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Digital Health Specialist – Physical Therapy to support clinically accurate, engaging content and virtual patient education for people living with chronic inflammatory conditions.

• Develop, review, and validate patient-facing digital health content
• Record or review exercise demos, education, video, and audio content
• Support live coaching, education, Q&A sessions, and patient feedback
• Ensure PT content is safe, accurate, accessible, and clinically appropriate
• Help build periodized rehabilitation programming for chronic inflammatory conditions
• Review exercise selection, dosage, sequencing, and progression
• Individualize recommendations using patient intake and functional data
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and care teams to escalate concerns when needed

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Doctorate degree
• Lifesaving certification, such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS
• Experience treating patients with chronic inflammatory, MS, neurologic, or related conditions
• Expertise in gait, balance, mobility, functional tolerance, and neurologic resiliency
• Telehealth, digital care, group programming, or content development experience preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and clinical judgment
