Role Description

The Dietician will remotely provide as-needed licensed dietitian services and medical nutrition therapy for Lubbock SSLC residents as directed by the Chief Clinical Dietitian. Work includes:

• Nutrition screening
• Assessments
• Patient education
• Entering data into the Clinical Record System and/or dictating information for patient charts
• Preparing written or dictated reports for each treatment episode
• Other reports required by the facility

Working Hours:

• Remote work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
• Must respond to calls within four hours unless extended by the HHS Agency Contract Manager
• Services outside regular business hours must be requested/approved in writing and invoiced at the applicable outside-regular-hours rate

Qualifications

• Must currently hold and maintain Registered Dietician and/or Registered Dietician Nutritionist credentials in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• At least five (5) years of relevant dietitian and clinical experience in military or civilian settings
• Personnel must be at least 18 years old

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Tier 1 Background Investigation - National Agency Check with Law and Credit Check, and fingerprints (Standard Form 85)
