Role Description

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Consultant Psychologist to join our growing team on a contractual basis. The psychologist will provide online psychological consultations, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and support clients through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. The role requires strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and excellent communication skills.

• Conduct online psychological consultations and therapy sessions.
• Assess client concerns and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies when required.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for referrals and case discussions.
• Adhere to professional ethics, confidentiality, and organizational policies.
• Participate in supervision, training, and quality improvement initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counseling/Applied Psychology or related field).
• Minimum 1 year of counseling/therapy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace.
