Role Description
Premier Research is looking for a Clinical Trial Management Support Specialist - FS to join our Functional Services Provider (FSP) team. You will help biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. As an essential part of our team, you help us deliver the medical innovation that patients are desperate for.
What You'll Be Doing:

Manages queue of support requests by routing, updating, and resolving CTMS related requests in a timely fashion.

Data enters and maintains Drug Program and Investigator data within the CTMS based on requests received by the business users.

Conducts data quality activities, including but not limited to, regular internal audits of investigator and personnel data to eliminate duplicates.

Advocates and supports established Registry related business processes through interactions with end-users to ensure data quality standards are met.

Creates and maintains Excel-based data compliance reports based on data extracts from the CTMS database.

Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High School Diploma, or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a technical, clinical, or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

0 to 3 years of practical experience using clinical trial management systems and/or managing clinical trial site and investigator data. Alternately, must have proven experience in all primary job functions.

Familiarity with drug development and clinical trial processes preferred.

Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).

Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership.

Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
