Role Description

You will define your own availability, make your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle. Some WellQor therapists work part-time, and others carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands, we’re here to meet you where you’re at.

Qualifications

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Empanelment / Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required.
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication.

Requirements

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients.
• Typical issues that your patients may face include:
  • Adjustment issues
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Personality disorders
  • Grief
  • Behavioral issues
  • PTSD
  • Substance abuse
• Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in WellQor’s easy to use web-based EHR system according to company guidelines.
• Utilize our unique WellQor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideas with and obtain support from other WellQor clinicians and leadership nationwide.

Compensation

WellQor Telehealth Therapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on the caseload that they’re interested in carrying at any given time. Hourly compensation varies based on licensure level, relevant experience, and caseload requirements.
