[Hiring] Clinical Supplies Specialist @ICON plc

Role Description

As a Clinical Supplies Specialist at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Your role will involve delivering clinical supplies and logistics work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

• Ensure quality oversight of clinical supply and cold chain activities to maintain compliance with applicable GxP, GDP, ICH, and clinical trial regulations.
• Contribute to the safe and compliant delivery of investigational and auxiliary medicinal products throughout their lifecycle: storage, packaging, transport, distribution, and return/destruction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for clinical supplies management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for clinical supplies management.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contract manufacturing organizations to support clinical trial activities.
• Provide expertise and guidance on clinical supplies logistics and distribution processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven QA experience in pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GCP regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
