[Hiring] Clinical Specialist - Interventional Cardiology @Haemonetics

Role Description

Due to rapid growth and upcoming product launches, OpSens is seeking a Clinical Specialist with significant experience in hemodynamics, angiography, or interventional cardiology, along with a solid understanding of coronary physiology. The successful candidate will support Eastern Canada and report to the Northeast Clinical Manager. The Clinical Specialist will be responsible for product-related training and, in collaboration with the sales team, will contribute to the company’s success. This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team of professionals and promote innovative medical technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and case support, deliver technical services to clinical customers, and plan and execute product evaluations and user training.
• Manage sales activities within an assigned territory to achieve revenue goals while ensuring an outstanding clinical customer experience.
• Work with Territory Managers to develop quarterly business plans aligned with OpSens' organizational objectives.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers to identify opportunities that enhance product line performance.
• Gather and communicate customer and competitor intelligence to Sales Leadership, R&D, and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team at marketing-related trade shows and healthcare industry exhibitions.
• Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise.
• Coordinate day-to-day customer support activities and support customer events, meetings, and symposiums as required.
• Complete administrative reporting in a timely manner.
• Manage territory expenses, product returns, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in hemodynamics or a related specialty.
• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Demonstrates company values and represents the organization professionally.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including multi-day trips.
