Role Description
Bring your passion for patient care and technology to this role where youβll be responsible for leading the clinical implementation of Philips Fetal Monitoring solutions to ensure a quality customer experience. You will design, plan, and oversee the delivery of complex clinical solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, while managing the overall scope, budget, and resources.

Consulting and partnering with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solution Specialists, Clinical Solution Consultants, and the sales organization to ensure smooth, effective, and successful delivery and implementation of Philips Fetal Monitoring solutions.

Managing the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex fetal monitoring solutions to accommodate application and/or operational workflow in the customer environment.

Analyzing existing customer workflows and facilitating proper change management, ensuring appropriate testing of systems, and establishing comprehensive training plans to provide a seamless transition of solutions to the customer.

Identifying, investigating, and resolving application issues and potential defects. Accurately documenting and submitting findings per Philips standard processes.

Approximately 90% national travel is required. Overnight stays and travel by air/train/bus required.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.

Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience required.

Experience in Labor & Delivery hospital environments.

Knowledge of fetal monitoring is required; Philips Avalon monitoring equipment and applications preferred.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing (Registered Nurse); must be able to provide verification for current/active license.

Master of Science in Nursing degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Nursing informatics, healthcare administration, and/or change management experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate.
