Role Description
The Clinical Reporting and Insights Partner is responsible for carrying out the duties associated with quality performance improvement and data analysis through a collaborative, proactive approach to quality, safety, and efficiency. This role involves:

Engaging in clinical analytics work efforts that support clinical quality, patient safety, and outcomes.

Possessing operational knowledge of clinical departments and systems.

Demonstrating expertise in technical problem-solving, needs analysis, and solution development.

Working with management and staff to define problems, devise solutions, and perform workflow analysis.

Supporting advanced clinical quality inquiry leading to ad hoc report generation and investigative analysis.

Facilitating the establishment of a data-driven culture in clinical quality and operational areas.

Coordinating completion of medical staff quality reports in accordance with accrediting and regulatory bodies.

Partnering with nursing, physicians, and ancillary leaders in quality-related committees.

Supporting bi-directional communication and education of personnel regarding performance improvement activities.

Leveraging communication and committee forums for reporting and information sharing.
Note:
This position is 100% remote and is accepting applications from both the Greenville and Columbia areas.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related health science field of study.

Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting.
Requirements

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred.

Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.
