Role Description
We're a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering physicians, nurses, and care team members with real-time data to save lives. You'll support product quality for an FDA-cleared, AI-driven clinical platform, from complaint investigation once it's live in hospitals, to the quality system and regulatory record that hold it all together.
What You'll Own
-
Clinical Case Review:
Perform clinical case reviews on sepsis alerts, establish the clinical timeline, determine alert behavior, and produce internal case reviews with evidence and recommended actions.
-
Product & Technical Fluency:
Build knowledge of product flag generation, suppression, and delivery; review AI-assisted triage and classification, and correct inaccuracies.
-
Communication & Escalation:
Write clear responses to clinicians and informatics teams, own escalation to accountable teams, and manage ticket closure communications.
-
Caseload Management:
Manage concurrent caseloads against response commitments, prioritize by clinical and client risk, and keep the queue current.
-
Pattern Recognition:
Identify recurring patterns across cases, quantify occurrences, and raise issues with the owning team.
-
Process Ownership:
Create and improve case review templates, evidence standards, and documentation for consistency.
-
Complaint Handling:
Support product complaint handling, document complaints, and contribute to anomaly disposition as part of the release process.
