Role Description

Do the work you trained for, without the parts that burn you out. Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults, fully from home. We fill your caseload, handle billing and admin, and give you real clinical support, so your time goes to patients.

The Position:

• Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S.
• Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available.
• Hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for part-time or full-time roles, paid per session.
• 1099 contractor: starting at 15 hours per week.
• W2 employee: starting at 25 hours per week, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted.
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way).

Requirements

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you.
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
