[Hiring] Clinical Product Training Manager @Liquidia

Role Description

The Clinical Product Training Manager (West) is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of clinical and technical training programs supporting Liquidia’s commercial products. This role serves as a subject-matter expert in disease state education, product knowledge, and partner training, acting as a strategic liaison between internal Liquidia teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality education that supports patient access and appropriate product use. This role will be covering the Western region of the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
• 8+ years (Bachelor's) or 10+ years (Associate's) of combined clinical, training, or healthcare business experience (or 6+ with masters)
• A minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity, such as owning training initiatives, mentoring peers, or acting as a subject-matter expert across teams
• Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact), or Doctor of Pharmacy license, with ability to obtain and maintain additional licenses for assigned territory
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy services, patient support programs, and healthcare delivery models
• Demonstrated experience delivering clinical education, training, or presentations to diverse audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to operate independently in a field-based role
• Ability to travel up to 70–75%, including overnight travel
