Key Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to keep trial operations running smoothly.
• Documentation Management:
  • Track trial documentation.
  • Conduct Trial Master File (TMF) activities (uploading, indexing, and quality verification).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• System & Data Entry:
  • Accurately enter and maintain critical trial data across internal systems.
  • Maintain operational trackers.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare operational reports and presentation materials to support clinical trial updates.
• Monitoring Support:
  • Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs/monitors) with daily administrative and operational duties.

Qualifications

• Active student status required, preferably pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or related Life Sciences fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva.
• Practical understanding of AI tools.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for effective everyday communication.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude.
• Clear communication skills.
