Essential Functions

Perform as the clinical educator to improve the functionality and effectiveness of the med ops department and focus on nursing onboarding and training.

Partner with medical staff and management teams to facilitate teamwork to accomplish organizational goals collaboratively.

Demonstrate commitment and dedication to providing support and guidance in the development and deployment of initiatives designed to solve problems and make lives easier.

Create a template and monitor all nursing onboarding across the system to ensure standardization and adequate follow-up for the first 4 weeks of the new hire.

Work on new nurse action plans by coordinating and organizing weekly training plans to include site clearance and rotating to multiple site training when needed or the job calls for it.

Work with DMO and ADMO to coordinate and operationalize all new client start-ups.

Present the Nurse onboarding initial introduction.

RNM corporate office onboarding.
-
Attend and assist with RFP start-ups when applicable.

Work with Spark as the SME in reviewing and validating up-to-date training modules.

Review and follow up with 30, 60, 90 nurse onboarding.

Collaborate with the Provider educator to find best practice opportunities.

Work with the DMO team to target and provide on-site education opportunities.

Coordinate and help lead officer training.

Participate in MOLE interviews.

Help navigate and set up vendor options for new and existing locations.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date strategic planning manual with continuity BUS plan and goals.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
Training Expectations
Associates in this role are expected, as a condition of employment, to complete all training assigned within a reasonable time period, generally within less than 15 days.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required.

Associates Degree of Nursing (ADN/ASN) Required.

Must have been employed by ACH as a licensed nurse for a period of 1 year.

Must be able to obtain NCCHC, CCHP Certification within 12 months of hire.

Must be able to obtain licensure in the State(s) where practice occurs.
