Role Description
The Clinical Education Specialist is a critical role that provides in-house clinical support to onboard customers and improves their proficiency with clear aligners. The role additionally provides continuous customer education and internal clinical training (sales team) and supports the regional marketing and education team for product launches. This position requires clinical and orthodontic knowledge, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Education
-
Work closely with marketing and field-based sales team to activate ClearCorrect users, acquire new customers and increase case utilization rate, reducing time to proficiency for ClearCorrect providers.

Provide clinical training to providers via online presentation, onsite workshop, and 1:1 support.

Collaborate with the education curriculum and in-person programs to ensure implementation of global strategy.

Act as the 2nd-level consultant to providers who need assistance on difficult cases.

Clinical Confidence Development

Work closely with key providers to establish treatment protocols and preferences in aligner therapy.

Train the ClearCorrect sales and service team in the region from a clinical perspective.

Provide Office Optimization training and ensure smooth ortho workflow from front-desk to Clinician.

Support marketing team for User Acceptant Tests (UAT) and collection of clinical cases.

Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Education, and R&D teams to support the generation and use clinical evidence.

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), universities, and clinical partners in the region.

Represent ClearCorrect at selected scientific meetings or conferences as needed.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Qualifications

DDS/DMD/BDS (Foreign or Domestic)

5+ years of work experience in dentistry, with at least 2+ years in a clinical environment or as a setup technician

1+ year of experience working in Orthodontics with clear aligners

Strong understanding of orthodontic clinical protocols and aligner therapy

Intra Oral Scanning and Digital workflow abilities

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience working in a cross-cultural or regional/global matrix environment

Language: English (Fluent) and Spanish (Preferred)

Expected travel 30-40%
Requirements

Experience in training dentists and orthodontists (Preferred)

Masterโs degree preferred (Preferred)

Salary
$165,000 - $175,000/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience.
