Providing knowledgeable expertise in coding performance, engine methodology and best practices, to enhance the client experience and improve the overall performance of coding auto-suggestion.

Analyzing statistically relevant data resulting in high-volume development items to increase return on investment for clients.

Leading client calls to provide consultation and recommendations for optimization of computer assisted coding solution output.

Supporting and working with multiple teams; support, engineering, client engagement executives and NLP.

Creating presentation content for internal and external client presentations including webinars, blogs and industry articles.
Qualifications
-
Bachelorβs Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Health Information Management.

Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Professional (CPC).

Certified Registered Health Information Technician/Administrator (RHIT) (RHIA), Accreditation as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), BSIT, BSN or RN.

Excellent knowledge of disease and procedure classification systems and thorough understanding of official coding guidelines, conventions, and tabular list instructions.

Strong database computer skill in intermediate logic design with intermediate programming language.

Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, surgical and non-surgical procedures, medical literature and revenue-based regulatory requirements.

Outpatient Facility Coding experience.

Knowledge of Evaluation and Management coding and professional billing.

Onboarding Requirement: New employees hired for this position will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company in accordance with its travel policy.

Expected compensation range for this position is $96,000 - $132,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
